Terms of Service

Welcome to Vynge. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Vynge.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vynge. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may only maintain one active account.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or impersonation profiles.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any way.
• Upload photos or content that depicts minors, is non-consensual, or is illegal.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract other users' data.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the platform.
• Attempt to bypass any security or privacy controls.
• Share another user's photos or personal information without their consent.
• Use Vynge for commercial solicitation, spam, or multi-level marketing.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, prompts, messages). By posting, you grant Vynge a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. We will never share your content with third parties for advertising.

5. Privacy and safety

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You are solely responsible for what you share in conversations. Never share sensitive personal information (home address, financial details, etc.) with people you have not met in person.

6. Photos

• All photos must be real photos of you.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Nude, sexual, or graphic violence content is strictly prohibited.
• Photos of other users are protected — you may not screenshot, download, or share them outside of Vynge. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Blocking and reporting

Use the Block and Report features if you encounter inappropriate behaviour. False reports made in bad faith may result in your account being penalised. We review every report and take action at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Disclaimers

Vynge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the platform will be available without interruption, or that other users will behave lawfully. Vynge is not responsible for the actions of its users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
